Why does Student Computer Services work by appointments and not walk-ins?

We feel it is important to keep our operations orderly. As University Staff we have to work to our contracts first – supporting the University Administrative and Academics Staff. Once we have finished in the office we are then free to provide this service for Students from 6pm. To avoid conflict of interest - all Students Computer Services repairs are carried out in the evening.

Finally - where are we based? Where is our Office?

We do not have a a dedicated single point of location or a counter service! Our Computer Reps and Technicians are based on several University Campuses in and around London. Any office space used is for access by staff only. As a result - Computer Reps carry out Bookings and Collections, and Technicians do the repairs. Its a system that works well for everyone and allows students to get the cheapest repair. We ask all students to write a feedback on our Facebook page as it helps others decide if we are for them. If our method of operation is an issue - please look elsewhere.
